The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The food served at the restaurant was of great quality, and room service was prompt and efficient.
The walls of the hotel were quite thin, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere as noises from neighboring rooms could be heard.

We spent an amazing Christmas at a mountain hotel with a lovely spa and wellness center that was perfect for relaxation. the location was ideal, surrounded by stunning mountain views and with easy access to hiking trails and outdoor activities. During our stay, we enjoyed the fantastic food on offer, including some local cuisine, and appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the spa facilities were excellent.
We found the rooms somewhat outdated and in need of renovation. the lack of air conditioning made us a little uncomfortable during the hot days, and the pool was a bit too small for the size of the hotel.

The walls were on the thinner side, which made it a bit noisy at times.

Spent New Year's here with my SO, and the stay was wonderful! The food was amazing and atmosphere was cozy. They had a lovely spa to unwind in, and even though there was no air-conditioning, the cool mountain air was refreshing. The views from the hiking trail behind the hotel were fantastic.
The walls were pretty thin - could hear the music from the lobby at night - and the bed was a little too firm for our liking. , one of the front-desk staff members wasn't very friendly or helpful when we had questions.
